- Output: 80,000 MT per year
Hot-dip galvanizing is a commonly used method of anticorrosion treatment for iron and steel products. A company in China has been using a traditional hot-dip galvanizing production line for several years, but it is often affected by environmental factors such as acid fog, steam, and rainwater, which can result in poor product quality and lower efficiency. In order to solve these problems, the company decided to upgrade its production line.
The upgrading process included the installation of a ventilation system, which effectively removed the acid fog and steam generated during the galvanizing process. Additionally, an automated monitoring system was set up to control the quality of the galvanized products. Finally, the company introduced a new treatment process that utilizes high-pressure water jetting and surface cleaning, which greatly improved the adhesion of the zinc layer.
The upgraded production line has greatly improved the production efficiency and product quality, leading to an increase in customer satisfaction and a boost in sales. The company's investment in upgrading the production line has paid off, as it has enabled them to better meet the needs of the market and stay competitive in the industry.
